1. About Genkitex

Genkitex (the "Platform", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Genkite Vertex Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN: 33AANCG3039M1ZC), registered office at 316, Second Floor, KG Complex, Moor Market, Sathy Main Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore – 641006, Tamil Nadu, India. The Platform provides (a) paid access to digital educational course material (the "Courses"), and (b) a network / referral-based rewards program under which registered users ("Members") can earn direct sponsor bonus, binary matching bonus, self-staking bonus, repurchase bonus and captain royalty bonus, as described on your dashboard (the "Rewards Program"). By registering on Genkitex, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
You must provide accurate identity information (name, date of birth, mobile number, email) and, where required for KYC and payout compliance, a valid Aadhaar number/document and PAN number/document.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
One individual may hold only one active account, unless otherwise permitted in writing by us.

3. Nature of the Rewards Program

The Rewards Program is a direct-selling / network-marketing style referral structure. Bonuses shown on your dashboard (direct sponsor bonus, binary matching bonus, self-staking bonus, repurchase bonus, captain royalty bonus) are calculated on defined, disclosed rules tied to course purchases and referral activity by you and your downline — they are not interest, investment returns, or deposits, and they are not guaranteed. We do not promise a fixed, assured or "risk-free" income, and past bonus payouts to any user are not a promise of future payouts. Bonus wallet balances only become withdrawable when they meet the withdrawal rules described in Section 6 and on the Withdraw page of your dashboard.

Important: Genkitex is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), deposit-taking institution, chit fund, or investment/securities scheme, and it is not registered with or approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or SEBI. Nothing on this Platform should be treated as investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Courses & Digital Content

Course fees purchase a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the corresponding digital course material (video/PDF content) through your account for as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Course material is protected content: you may not copy, redistribute, print, screen-record, resell or publicly share it. We may apply technical protection (e.g. watermarking, restricted viewers, disabled download/print) to safeguard this content.

5. KYC Verification

To prevent fraud and to enable withdrawals, we require identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN) and bank/UPI details before a withdrawal request is approved. Admin approval of KYC is at our reasonable discretion and may be rejected if documents are unclear, mismatched, or suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Wallet & Withdrawals

Bonus and cashback amounts credited to your in-app wallet are subject to the minimum withdrawal amount, TDS (tax deducted at source) and admin service charge percentages displayed at the time of withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified, KYC-matched bank account or UPI ID only.
We may pause, delay or reverse a wallet credit or withdrawal that we reasonably believe was generated through fraud, fake accounts, self-dealing referrals, or a violation of these Terms.
Statutory deductions (e.g. TDS under the Income Tax Act) may be withheld from payouts as required by law; you are responsible for your own tax filings and disclosures relating to income earned on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Creating fake/duplicate accounts, self-referring through alternate identities, or manipulating the binary tree/volume to artificially trigger bonuses.
Uploading forged or another person's identity documents.
Making false, exaggerated or "guaranteed income" claims to third parties about the Platform.
Attempting to copy, decompile, scrape or resell course content or Platform software.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section and withhold pending bonus payouts linked to the breach, after a reasonable investigation.

8. Fees & Changes to the Program

Course prices, bonus percentages, minimum withdrawal limits and related program rules are displayed in-app and may be revised prospectively with notice on the Platform. Changes will not retroactively cancel bonuses already credited under the rules in force at the time they were earned.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genkite Vertex Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated bonus income, or losses arising from incorrect bank/UPI details supplied by you, third-party payment gateway failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
