1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Genkite Vertex Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN: 33AANCG3039M1ZC), operating the Genkitex platform,
collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. It applies to all users of the Genkitex website and
app ("Platform").
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate your account, verify your identity for payouts, and deliver
the Courses and Rewards Program:
- Identity & contact details: full name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile number, residential address.
- Government ID (KYC) data: Aadhaar number and uploaded Aadhaar document, PAN number and uploaded PAN document, used solely to verify your identity before approving withdrawals, as required for anti-fraud and tax compliance.
- Account credentials: your password, which is stored in encrypted (hashed) form — we cannot see your plain-text password.
- Financial/payout details: bank account holder name, account number, IFSC code, and/or UPI ID and UPI-linked mobile number, used only to process your withdrawal requests.
- Referral & program data: your sponsor/referrer code, your placement position (left/right leg) in the binary structure, your team/downline relationships, wallet balance, and your bonus/transaction history.
- Course & purchase data: which course packages you have purchased and your access/viewing status for course material.
- Profile image, if you choose to upload one.
- Support communications: the content of any support ticket or message you send us.
- Technical data: login session cookies used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) generated when you use the Platform.
We do not collect data we have no functional use for (for example, we do not request your
social media logins or track your browsing outside the Platform).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account and verify your identity (KYC).
- To operate the Rewards Program: calculating and crediting direct sponsor, binary matching, self-staking,
repurchase and captain royalty bonuses correctly to the right member.
- To process withdrawal requests to your verified bank/UPI details.
- To grant and manage your access to purchased Course material.
- To respond to support requests and grievances.
- To detect and prevent fraud, fake accounts and abuse of the referral structure.
- To comply with tax (e.g. TDS reporting) and other legal obligations in India.
- To send you essential account, payout and course-related notifications.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your Aadhaar/PAN data for any purpose
other than identity verification and legal/regulatory compliance.
4. Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a MySQL database operated for Genkitex. Passwords are hashed before storage.
Uploaded Aadhaar/PAN documents are stored in access-restricted storage and are visible only to authorised admin
staff performing KYC review. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but
no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure; we ask that you also keep your own password confidential.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
- Payment processing: if/when a third-party payment gateway is integrated for course purchases,
limited transaction data (amount, order reference) is shared with that gateway to process your payment; we do
not store your card/UPI PIN.
- Legal & regulatory: we may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a
lawful request from a government/tax authority.
- We do not share your Aadhaar, PAN, or bank details with any other user of the Platform. Your downline/upline
can see your name, user ID and team-performance figures relevant to the referral structure, but not your KYC or
banking data.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, KYC and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period
afterward, as needed to comply with tax, accounting and anti-fraud record-keeping obligations under Indian law.
7. Your Rights
- You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You may request correction of inaccurate profile information via your Profile page or by contacting support.
- You may request deletion/closure of your account, subject to our ability to retain records required by law
(e.g. completed financial transactions) and subject to any pending bonus/withdrawal obligations being settled.

8. Children's Data
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly
collect personal data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects
the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
