In accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection and IT rules for digital platforms, Genkitex provides the following grievance redressal process for complaints relating to your account, KYC, wallet, withdrawals, course access, or any other aspect of the Platform.
A named individual has not yet been designated for this role in the information provided to us; the company should appoint and publish a named Grievance Officer with a direct contact and published response-time commitment before public launch, per Indian e-commerce/consumer-protection requirements.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter in writing to the registered office address above, or pursue remedies available to you under applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the National Consumer Helpline / Consumer Commission, where applicable.
We do not offer, and this page should not be read as offering, any RBI, SEBI or other regulatory approval, licence, or dispute-resolution guarantee. It describes our internal complaint-handling process only.
